Received check in the amount of $3,895.66, supposedly winnings by my wife in USA MEGA MILLION LOTTERY SWEEPSTAKES, out of Las Vegas, NV and London England, as partial payment o $250,000. $3,000 of this required for taxes, which would have given them access to my bank account. Per Gov't Fraud Alert, not deposited.
