Today I've had the worst experience of my life at Lowe's. The representatives were very rude and hostile. Also, I was very disapointed that the customer service representatives were very unprepared and they have not explained to me the procedures regarding the refunds. It is not about the money, but it is about respect vis-a-vis hard working people, like me and everybody else in this country. Today, I was humiliated in the store, and I would like a written apology from the corporation. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.
