Purchased a electric kids motorcycle off soldsmart.com.Au for $215 on the 4th december with a guaranteed disbatch within 48 hrs of payment.
It is now christmas eve and my 2 year old son will not be getting a christmas present it was guaranteed to be delivered by the 24th dec but is no where to be seen.
All the company can do is thank me for my patience and sorry for the inconveinience. Tell that to a 2 year old.
Was given excuse after excuse the computer stuffed the order up in one email. A different email said it was out of stock. Another said it was due to the christmas rush.
Will never buy from soldsmart again and strongly advise anyone else doing so to rethink it.
Hav found so many reports on this company about ripping people off and bad service.
