I ordered the stupid thing back in the summer, and did receive it in a timely manner. However the stupid device is so noisy that my dog wants to attack it. Now here is the BIG thing that all need to watch out for. Back in January 09. I received a check sent from Pedi Paws what I thought was my rebate check. OH was I so wrong the amount of the check was $8.25, but here is the clinker since I thought it was my rebate I didn't read all of the information on the check. Here is what it states.By cashing or depositing the check you are purchasing a membership in id secure. I didn't not even notice that. Then on 3/27/09 I received another check same to the first one I received. Then I noticed what was really on the check so I called the number on the back of the check which was ID Secure 1-866-667-9508, and stated to the CSR I wanted to know if they had me down as a member. I gave her my zip, address, and name and could not find any information on me. Then she started with the sale pitch I told her I'm not interested, and I thought that was the end of it. Wrong. On 4/14/09 @ 5:05 am I was checking my email and noticed that Wamu sent me an email stating I had been overdrawn on my account. Went online to check, and sure enough there was a pending charge for by TLG BUYERS ADVANT for $139.99 for a full 1 year membership fee. I called the number on the back of check and spoke with a CSR, a and asked her about my membership she asked me for my zip, address, and name still nothing came up then she put me on hold to get here supervisor. Supervisor came on the phone and asked me same info zip, address; name and she could not find anything under my name. She asked me what the pending transaction shows for name so I went back online ant told her what it showed then I found out that was a different department, and they would transfer me. I said hold the phone when I called on 3/27/09 no one stated to me that I was in a different department. Finally the supervisor asked me what I would like to do with my membership I said I want this canceled ASAP she said no problem. She gave me a cancellation number and that it would take 48 hours for the credit to be processed, and then 7-10 business days for the money to be released back into my account. I will keep checking my bank to make sure the money is refunded.
