Money taken out of my account

I check my bank account and there is a check # 85841 for that quantity of $31.85 removed and so i named my bank and they gave me several to call 1866-5750356 and so i named it and so they explained that i registered online for identy robbery for $31.85 nicely i will asure you that i did so not they cancelled it but i'd like my refund back.
