This person bought a shirt from me that I made. They were late paying, so I sent a late notice, apparently it pissed them off because they hassled me about shipping even though I ship same day.
Upon receiving the shirt they emailed me asking to return it as it was damaged. I asked where and requested a photo and was told it was a hole in the back of the shirt. I had photos of all areas of the shirt and stated that I ddint see a hole, then she changed her story and said that part of the hem was ripped at the hip area. I have a new sewing machine and said it was impossible, so she filed a dispute and received a refund from paypal.
I received the shirt back today, and it is damaged beyond repair and I wont be able to resell it. Its stained on the outside to the extent that it faded the fabric, it smells like deoderant and there are deoderant stains on the inside of the shirt. It is also ripped in such a way that it couldve only been done intentionally either with a seam ripper or because a huge person tried it on. So, I am left with a worthless shirt and she got her monies back. I have a ton of photo and email proof.
