Bought a WatchPhone from them via the web, used Visa card. Watch arrived in a timely manner, but when used the first time, it quit after only about 2 hours. I charged it overnight, and used it the next day. Worked for 6 hours and then quit. I thought, well, I'll just drop them a note and ask for a repair ticket. Right... Here I am now a few weeks later, several emails later, and NO reply, No response, No phone call... Nothing. ChinaGrabber won't even reply to emails. I'm pretty patient, and all I wanted was a repair or replacement (They say all sales are final - and I'm OK with that, I just want the thing to work the way it's supposed to). They say I can get it fixed or repaired (on their website) but FIRST THEY HAVE TO RESPOND!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I lived in China for several years, and I know that they do NOT treat their customers like this. This must be an American-run company. Anyway - IF you buy from them (don't) do NOT count on any support, replies, or help in any way.
