I ordered 110 clock inserts from the company. They shipped me 60 and backordered 40. I wrote several e-mails without a response, made several phone calls without an answer, and mailed them letters trying to get them to admit that they shorted me 10 pieces that had already been paid for. Finally I sent a certified letter. I received a phone call from them saying that they would ship the balance of 10 right away.

After a month or so, without any luck, I wrote them another letter and sent this one registered mail. I got another phone call with some cock and bull story about someone "was sick" and the business was falling behind. This time the guy said that he would make substitutions and send me the 10 pieces on Monday (this was Friday PM). That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

I have spent nearly as much now in certified and registered mail as it would take to purchase 10 parts from someone else but it now become a matter of principle. This guy should be put out of business!
