On or about the middle of Frbruary, I received a letter for Stepping Stone Publications. The letter stated that I could make several hundreds dollars a week by stuffing envelopes. For every letter returned to Stepping Stone Publications, I would be paid $10.00 for each letter returned.
I was required to send $139.00 as a registration fee, which would be returned to me with my third paycheck. I was to be paid every Friday.
I signed up to mail 290 letters per week. I was told that they had 500,000 letters in their warehouse, that had to be mailed uot as soon as possible.
I then recieved another letter stating that I should make copies of the letter that I had orginally received.
I wrote them back and stated that I would not make copies of there letter.
I havn't heard a word from them. I did mail out 100 letters, just to test the waters, so to speak. But, of course, still nothing and it has been a few weeks now.
