I bought a kodak printer. Seemed to run good, but, I had to down load there CD on to my computer. I keep getting a pop-up saying missing a rundll file. I reran there software repair CD, but nothing changed. I called support. This is were trouble gets worse. He had me rerun CD again. Same thing - nothing. He had me delete there program in add or remove. It only removed there icon in my add or remove site. Every bit of there program is still in my computer. He demanded I remove this program from my hard disk drive C. I said no, that will harm my computer. I asked for a supervisor. John (supervisor) had me go to a web site. He asked me to down load a program. I got a security warning that this program has a unknown publisher and could harm my computer. He said not to pay it any attention. I replied, I will not down load a program with a unknown publisher. At that point he said (screaming over my voice) than I can not help you. I said I want all this repaired or I will seek legal means. He said fine. I gave him my phone number and requested all this be corrected. I can not use my printer, can not remove there program and there pop-up interferes with my computer. He said if I said legal issue they can not now talk to me.
