CentralCoast Nutriceuticals, Acai-Pure, AcaiPure colon cleanser
Overcharged credit card, shipped unauthorized product then claimed restocking fee. Phoenix Arizona and Belleflower, California

Acai-Pure email offered free trial S&H of $4.95 for AcaiPure colon cleanser. They also shipped two other products and bill $44.85 and warned that they would continue charging unless canceled by phone or letter. I called and canceled and requested my money back. However, they billed an additional $44.90 less that a month later. Their phone is not useful and I had to wait an hour. I have not called again. An email was returned.

There are over 400 complaints against this co. On The website Acai-pur.com has been modified to show that these additional products will be shipped unless canceled on the order form. While this is now straight-forward it was not in Sept-Nov.

I am declining to pay to ship these unordered products back and then incur a restocking fee. An RMA is required which can o;nly be obtained by jphone and th;is is not accessible. LAlthough I have entered a cancelation by phone it was not honored and I can only file a complaint.
