Global Control Inc sent a very poorly printed letter stating I had won a share of a great sum of money and to help pay the government bond fees they enclosed a check for $4700.00 drawn on Charter One Bank in Cleveland, OH
They also have a division in London, On Canada
The phone number was untraceable and I was not to cash the check until I spoke with the claim agent.
They wanted "bond fees" paid through Western Union or Money Gram.
The letter also said "Final Winning Notification"
