Complaint / Review
Interval International Exchange
Lies, deceit and misrepresentation, nor care or concern

Entering into the work world of computers, I paid $150 to take a home study course on the computer. My future employer was going to be Interval International Exchange. Attending every class, doing my homework, holding "GoToMeetings" for study groups for myself and fellow classmates and finally be certified on November 19. Pass the course and now ready to work! I thought.
Upon receiving my codes the following Monday, it was now time to download special phone programs. You see, we work at home on our computers, taking reservations, troubleshooting and sales.
From Nov 19, until I resigned, the beginning of Dec I could not get my Avaya phone system downloaded. For three weeks I was with Arise's live support trying to get the problem solved. They, Arise's live support could not fix it. I then had to go to Arise's resolution center and put in a report. They never got back to me. I went to my assigned supervisor at Interval International and she said I need to go to live support. Oh, by the way, prior, live support told me I need to go to my assigned supervisor at Interval Intl!??!! The left shoe doesn't know what the right shoe is doing. So being told to go back to Arise's live support, again, they finally told me that this is an escalted call, and Interval Intl, and I quote, "will give you a call withing 24 hours".
Three weeks later... Never receiving a call. Three weeks later, losing the opportunity to make some money. Three weeks later, turning in my resignation and never given the opportunity to work! I have since emailed everyone at Arise and Interval Intl, honestly, my complaint of lies, deceit, misrepresentation and demanded my $150 be refunded to the credit card, that they had no problem taking from me. No response. What they did was terminated me for, "Your inappropriate behavior with the client is deemed a material breach of the Agreement." They must mean the client was Interval Intl, because they (Interval Intl) never gave me, helped me or assisted me to solve my phone problems to be able to work.
For Three Weeks, Arise and Interval International ignored me and treated me as if I wasn't there... And I am not the only one that was treated so horribly.
So, future cyber space home workers, watch out for Interval International Exchange and their partner in crime, Arise. You will be sorry, I am.
