Canceled our trip and did not tell then sent a card saying there will be no refund

We made a cruise reservation on oct 1st, interval canceled this reservation on oct 3rd. Did not tell us. We continued to inquire about the cruise to no avail. Finally on Dec 20.2008 we called princess cruises to find out the cruise was in fact canceled by interval. We called interval to find out why they canceled. Jan 8th interval admited they had sent the money to the wrong cruise line and there was nothing this person could do to help us rebook or get money back. On jan 12th we received a post card from interval telling us we would not get a refund for exchange nor would there be a replacement for the relinquished week of time share at westgate resort. This post card also stated we canceled this cruise, which was an obvious lie, since they admited on jan 8th.
