My elderly mother in-law was bilked out of her life savings. This was ponzi scheme that she unwittingly invested in. She could really use that money in her old age. Does she have any legal recourse to recoup her losses? Is there any one that is representing these unfortunate people? We have tried to contact a lawyer down in Texas that was supposed to be helping, but he does not return our calls. Any ideas?
