Maryland Retirement Services Inc. Aka Robert Mark Bynum IV aka Mark Bynum is totally bad news. He preys on elderly and trusting people. He is trying to steal our life savings. We have hired an attorney to fight him, and to hopefully recover our money. Don't do business with this man, he is now being investigated by the Maryland State Attorney Generals office.
Be aware, he lies, he doesn't return calls, he hides. He has gone out of his way to make our lives a nightmare. Even going as far as making up false statements, and having us served restraining orders so he wouldn't have to communicate to us what he has done with all our money! Thankfully he didn't succeed with that ploy... (not that he is cooperating with us in any way) but we are allowed to contact him (call him, or email him) which he ignores, probably have to make a trip north in person to get a response, but would rather leave it in the capable hands of our attorney, hopefully he will have better luck dealing with this dispicable person!
Just wanted to warn anyone out there thinking of doing business with MRSI or RMB to think long and hard, this person has a long list of people he has wronged includung a very good friend of ours that is 93 years old and his family! Can you be any lower in life than to prey on the elderly?
We invested all our money with Mark Bynum, he told us repeatedly that the principle investment was 100% safe and secure, we even have that in writing. We are supposed to be enjoying our retirement years, those investments were to provide us an income, but instead we are having to sell anything of value to make our house payments, and eat.
