I was attempting to apply for a payday loan. At the bottom of the screen there was a box that was checked for the company. I unchecked it because I only had $15.00 in my account and I could not afford the charge. Besides my credit is so bad ifr anyone tried to steal it, THEY would regret it.
I checked my account on Monday and saw an authorization for $29.95. I attempted to contact the company and a young lady named Michelle (ID 7944) informed me that I could not receive a refund.
I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she stated the supervisor (Kris Lawrence) was in a meeting.
I attempted to contact the company again and they state the system is down. My bank will not do anything until the charge is approved but in the meantime I am OVERDRAWN.
