I have been going through a bitter custody battle, and would do everything I could for my children.in 1999 she filed a divorce after shaking up this this so called scum bag boy friend George Terrell, a First class home wrecker and pervert.
In addition, her mom and step dad Bruce Stevens another scum bag knew she was seeing this man even though she was married to me.in fact they even let him stay at their residence while I was taking care of her children that were 3 and 4 years old.
While her parents covered up her trail after running around for more than 8 months leaving the children with me and my father to take care of. I decided to file emergency custody for them. Oh and guess what I didnt get one cent from her for child support.in fact I paid support for the eight months when I was taking care of the children while she ran around. I had to pay her $660 per month for the two because she lied saying I made over 900 a week.
Even when I tried to present evidence into the court such as W-2's 1099's and tax returns they were not allowed by judge king another scum bag Judge. My lawyer was so stunned he couldnt believe it himself. Oh and by the way he is the #1 attorney in ths area. Now its 2003 she was allowed to take my children out of state but was ordered to bring them back at least 5 times a year and phone calls twice a month.
Lets see its been over 12 months without seeing them and no phone calls at allin the last 5 months. What kind of parent is she??? What do my kids think of me? Well Brittany loves me to death and so does Dillon but being that they are 5, and 6 they have very little control over what their dead beat mom does.
After seeing brittany and Dillon about 11 months ago
they both cry their little hearts out because they knew it would be a long time before they would get to see me again.
Everyone ask damn how did she get away with it huh? Well there are good parents and their are evil parents and the evil parent no matter what will lie and manipulate people in beleaving they are good people. But behind closed doors they are evil. Dannielle knew she was going to loose custody of the children so she had to lie to make the judge feel sorry for her. What is the lowest thing another parent can do to another to gain custody?
Thats right accuse me of doing unthinkable things to my children. Was it true? Hell no but she got the doubt in the judges mind right? Now after spending over 35k in my divorce and defending myself all the charges were dropped.
Ironic huh? What can I do not a damn thing! But I know what I am going to do and that is get custody of my children because I love them and a person like her don't deserve them. Their were 764 pages of testimony and depositions they had to read and it didnt take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
So now its 2003 and I havn't heard from my children in over 8 months, In addition, I only seen them twice in two years, even though she is court ordered to let me see them and phone calls. That is wrong anyway you look at it.
I still pay $660. A month with a income of less than $600 a week. And I am a disabled veteran. Nice treatment huh? I can't believe that her parents would approve of this kind treatment to their grand children. Well anyway all charges have been dropped from the court system but
I am out thousands of dollars protecting my innocents.
Now I have heard from the grape vine that Judge King has done this to other men as well. Good fathers who care about there kids. I am a good father and love my kids with all my heard and I will never give up fighting for them.
So Brittany and Dillon I want you to know I will never give up and stop trying to bring you home with your loving family. Anyone who knows my loving children tell them their father loves them very much. Not to give up in trying to contact me or see me. TELL your mother you want to see your dad.
