Wanted 2.97 then took 49.50 a few days later no response on phone except music and wait

They asked for the 2.97 for the cd to be shipped then took 49.50 a few days later. Received the cd and it could not be downloaded when calling the 888 276 8105 customer number they said hold and for 15 minutes all there was was music and no one came on. They are located somewhere in las vegas nevada
