Ripoff No Credit Plus Overdrawn Bank Account Hit TWICE!

They called on Monday 4/17/06 and told me I was approved for a $500 payday loan. I was told that the money would be deposited into my account on Tuesday 4/18/06 and that the one-time fee of $129.95 would be withdrawn on Wednesday 4/19/06 ONLY if the $500 was deposited.
On Tuesday 4/18, not only was there no deposit but they withdrew the fee which caused caused my checking account to be overdrawn.
I called that afternoon and asked what was going on. I was told that "the person who you spoke to is not our most truthful employee" and that no one ever gets the $500 upfront.

I told her that I do not appreciate being lied to and that I want to cancel everything and get a refund. She said that she would send a refund form to me immediately and that it would take 3 days to redeposit the money into my account.

After not receiving any money or any refund form, I called again and was once again told that the form would be mailed right out.

It has been almost a week again and still no form, just profuse apologies everytime I call and scream at them.
Now, I have another mysterious charge on my account in the amount of $21.95 from a site called RoadSide Plus. I was able to find out that they are a sister company of CPR. I called them and asked them why they had billed me. (They were never mentioned by any CPR employee on the phone.) I was told that they had an application in my name and that they had sent me 2 emails. (My email is checked daily and no were from them.) I explained to the lady that I had never heard of them and definetely did not sign up for their services. I was plainly told that it "wasn't her problem" and that I would NOT be getting a refund. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I "would like to cancel." It's bad when you have to cancel something you never signed up for in the first place!
I have completely had it! No more games, no more apologies!

I have filed an online scam report with the FBI and will be going back to my bank in the morning. Hopefully my bank will be willing to help. (Small, local bank.)
I totally agree with the class-action lawsuit idea, but after I finally found the CPR website, it says that by joining we are refrained from filing class-action motions against them. I say let's go for it anyway. We DO NOT deserve to be used like this!
