I ordered a trial bottle of AcaiPure for $4.85 through what you would thing is the most reputable one. Oprah Winfrey, seems that woman will do anything for even more money. Besides the point. This was on Nov. 20th. They have a very poor contact system, which could be none at all. There is a get order help with a promise of a 48 hr. Answer time BY EMAIL.
I sent 5 emails and did not get 1 answer. They limit you to about 20 words to explain your problem. If you want to call the average wait time is 90 min or so. I have called 5 times, since I should have rec'd the package within 7 days and was anxiously awaiting it. The first call after 3 days I got a very NASTY man on the phone who said I as of yet had no profile, I just ordered it, give it time, he gave me no chance to get a word in and hung up.
I called for a tracking# rightfully so, I was told on the site in the terms and conditions how it was mailed. It was a proper question. The advertisement said, it goes out in 2-3 business days and it the money was already taken from my bank account. So that again was a waste of time working VERY FAST ON THEIR PART TO HURRY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY, but still curious where this AcaiPure was.
Then I called again within another 3 days, this time I got a woman on the phone who told me the order went out on Nov. 24th and I should received it any day, but could not supply me with a tracking#. She said that the system was not updated, but could say it was shipped, a blatant lie. Again I called on the 5, this time 80 min. The man this time said it was on backorder and ready to be shipped and gave me a tracking#. Which I checked showed that the package was still at the Co. And waiting to arrive at the post office. Talk about really screwing with you.
I have contacted the post office and put in a formal complaint, do it is documented. I also put in one with the BBB. Whatever this place is trying to pull on us. Let it stop with me. And the boloney Oprah is trying to make you buy, maybe it is something good, but it has to be in stores somewhere. I do not know if this is going to get me or any of us any results and this is long winded (sorry), but I am very persistant and being lied to, scammed and treated so poorly and it will keep me trying to find ways to make others stay away from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. They obviously are not legit and mislead you in their cunning way to make you think your getting an amazing deal with the false advertising, when your getting NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION AND MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT WHAT YOU ORDERED.
Please do not order from them. Check into buying this so-called wonder weight loss berry. Do not take the chance with them. Stay away, please you do not want to go through this.
