I agreed to what I thought was a 14-day free trail where I only paid shipping. I canceled the order within the first week. I DID NOT SEE THE SMALL PRINT on the web site showing terms and conditions to be that there was a charge of $39.95 if I didn't return the bottle within 14 days.By the time the charge showed up on my credit card (second billing cycle after the order and cancellation) the 14 days were up. When I called Central Coast Nutraceuticals customer service it was obvious that I am one of many who have been scammed. The young woman was reading her responses to every statement I made. Although she agreed that I had canceled immediately the $39.95 was not going to be refunded under any circumstance.in my opinion this company is out to get your money. If only one person decides to sidestep the situation I find myself in, it will be worth my effort in posting these comments. It's the only satisfaction I am getting for my $39.95!
