The first appoiment was october 15/08 the techniction came to repaired and charge for $125.00 and the machine still doesn't work I call sears again they came and another charge $125.00 still same problem. And they came to repair 6 times and bring the machine back to the shop to pepair, they cannot find out what wrong with it, they change the same part 3 times still doen't work and they are very bad service. I been waiting for them 3 time on my they off (the techniction made appoiment) they never show up I phone early morning to the centre make sure I have appoiment on that day they keef telling me" yes, you have appoiment today, the tech will be at your house soon." untill 4 PM I call again and they said " you don't have appoiment today actualy tommorow." and the next day is my working day and they did that 3 time together Im so upset and they send the servive manager in calgary to contact me. His name is Craig Singleton His # 403-219-1057 Ext #219 and he already send Email to co -oparation office for 3 week already he told me they will contact me with in 3 to 5 days but I been remind him 3 times and still nobody call me yet. I need help, I am realy frusdtration with this service, my washer machine made from kitchen aid and I paid $2000.00 only 3year old. Thanks for help.
