Big scam we need to do something about this

Me and my husband were walking in the garden state mall, when we were aproached by this girl telling us that our baby was really cute and that she could become a model. She ask my husband for his phone number and name, of course thinking there was no fees associated with it, the next day we got a phone call to our home, trying to set up a appoiment. The girl told us that we need to set the appoiment as fast as posible "because they were so busy in this season", anyways we made the appoiment.

We travel about 45 minute to get there, when we got there they made us sign our name and fill out a form with my baby's information, we were waiting for about an hour, then a "director came over" complimenting our baby saying how cute she was, then he excatly did what everyone said on the other reports, he was showing us all the pictures, and then told us that we will need to shceudle a photoshoot the price were ridisucluty high,

At first a didnt want to do it, but he insested so much that we end up taking the $850 package put into our credit card, so we set up the appoiment for this saturday coming up. This guy never told us about a cancellation policy or that there was other fees involved with this. Anyways we came home and a day after this which was today i started to do some research on this and found out the big scam, that this company is doing to inocent people stealing their money. So i right away called the credit card company and dispute the charge. We call the studio and they told us that we cant get the money reimbursed at all that it was in the contract that we sign.

Basically we are stuck and they basically stole our money. We are a hard working family, who has a 7 month child, how could they do this to people like us. I think tha something must be done. Everyone that had read this and has been a victim pleaseeeee contact me thur here or reply to me. Attorneys and victims please we need to do something about this. This people can get away with this.
