Back on 10 Freight for Quaboag Transfer was completed and is in excess of over $15,000.00. There was a legally binding contract between Quaboag and us stating payment would be within 30 days. As of today 12/10 there has been no payment received from Quaboag. It now exceeds the 30 day grace period by another 30 days. All documentation pertaining to each of the loads completed by us for Quaboag has been filed, dated and sent to FMCSA Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
The Customer's who received the materials have been contacted and it has been verified Quaboag has been PAID.
When Quaboag was contacted on 12/02 about being late on payment a gentlmen named Tom reassured us that we would recieve our money soon. We were starting to question the ethics of the Company because we were told by reputable Trucking Co.'s that they were not paying people.
Since this information came to light we have made multiple documented phone calls and left numerous messages for the Owner Kirk Bryant. Also we have tried speaking with Ken in accounts payable and no calls have been returned. To no evail we are not receiving any response from Quagoag as to when we will be paid for the services rendered.
It is of great concern to us at being a reputable small business that the effect's of the unethical practices by Quaboag could ruin our name and put us out of business. Our business has been established for almost 2 years and never have we encountered a problem in getting paid for services rendered. Nor have we had a problem paying each and every Company we are affiliated with. Our references with large Company's not to mention the 100 plusTrucking Company's and multiple Factoring Co.'s in which we are good standing.
