Chris Osborn did some work on my house not too long ago. I was in need of a new roof, a new porch and I wanted him to create a slate patio in my backyard. 2 bedrooms also needed to be repainted.
He wanted me to pay for the entire job upfront - roof, paint, slate, plywood, etc. He told he me there was water damage in one of the rooms and that would be extra.
He completed the roof, which was fantastic. However, he left the job and all of my money (about $18,000) with 2 bedrooms partially painted, sheetrock and insulation bare on one wall, my porch had been torn down about half way and he left my driveway full of slate and plywood.
BEWARE! Empyreal Construction. Christopher William Osborn. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!
