I hired this construction co to rebuild my chimney and do some wood trim and tuck point my home. They caused major damage to my neighbors car and also broke slates on my roof. This damage occured when they were on my roof removing the bricks that came from the chimney. These people literely had bricks falling from my roof, bricks fell on my neighbors car and also bricks fell into another neighbors window. But the major damage was to my rood because it is slate, therefore where there is missing slates i have leakage. Which has affected my third floor bedrooms. On both sides of my home i have a duplex, now the owner of the co promised me that everything would be taken care of but they have not repaired anything as of this date and this was done in november1999. Our original agreement was for 3,500 i paid him 2,000to start and the balance was to be paid upon completion of the job, but i could not give this man any more money until he repaired the damages that his co caused. Could you please help me get my money back, i would appreciate it.
