First of all. The website itself seems like a fraud. They do not have any contact numbers and despite the numerous times I have sent them an email about an issue, they have NEVER answered me. Apparently I have also noticed that I am not the only one with these kind of problems. This company has not been providing service for those who pay monthly for such "Super service". Unfortunatelly, I am one of those customers. I am sure you have already heard of such "K2 Company". It is a gaming company. So apparently what has happened is: I have paid $20.00 for 1600 credits. But i have not received such credits on my account and my credit card was still charged. This happened 1 month ago and I have been waiting for their response to the emails have sent. I have sent them a total of 3 emails about it and still no answer.
I hope some action can be taken about it. And i am sure i am not the only one with this kind of problems. There are many others with unanswered problems and situations which K2 does not bother to care.
