I am writing to report online merchant www.dluxebags.com for internet fraud and intellectual property crime.
I am one of their many victims who unknowingly believed their "100% authenticity" guarantee stated on their website on past seasons' designer handbags. The handbag they sent was obviously counterfeit, constituting false advertising and internet fraud. Moreover, the merchant refused to refund the customer.
This merchant has been exposed by more than one website on the internet thus far, notably www.knowknockoffs.com and The Purse Forum.

It appears that a particular user with the alias "exoticmystery" on The Purse Forum is closely linked to, if not one of the owners of, www.dluxebags.com. This user has been officially banned from The Purse Forum by its administrators, after posing as an "attorney" and sending fake "cease and desist orders" electronically to the administrators of the forum.
Www.knowknockoffs.com independently confirmed that www.dluxebags.com sells 100% counterfeit on September 6, and, upon receipt of the electronic "Cease and desist orders" from "exoticmystery"/dluxebags.com, specifically noted that:
"Note: Exoticmystery/dluxebags.com has threatened legal action against this site for posting the truth that they sell counterfeit merchandise. Posts related to dluxebags.com will NOT be removed since the truth is the truth, not just from KKOF but from customers THEY scammed and members of other handbag related web sites"

Moreover, members of the Purse Forum have exposed that this user also previously owned www.fashionsteal.net and was acting as an authenticator on the forum to "authenticate" counterfeit handbags s/he was selling on his/her own website:

This merchant sells counterfeit, no doubt, and has victimized multiple consumers already. Moreover, it appears that this merchant has multiple counterfeit-selling websites on the internet if one follows the above threads on what other community members and victims reveal. Based on past patterns, it is possible that this merchant will open more websites as one is exposed, to continue selling counterfeit products, victimizing more consumers.
Not only is the merchant commiting internet fraud, but he/she/they are commiting intellectual property crime by violating copyright and trademark rights of various designer houses by virtue of the counterfeit products they sell and the pictures they post on the websites.
The website is no longer available but is still viewable by typing the IP address 74.53.85.146 into the address bar.
