We called sjesp (south jersey gas co) about a broken heater. We were told we could not have it fixed until tomorrow. I told them both my husband and i have disabilities. I am on s/s disability and am disabled. My husband has 2 herniated discs. We were told to sleep on the floor!!! We pay monthy payments x2 for 2 heaters and they said we on the bottom of their list since we have 2. We can not sleep on the floor so frank told me to get a hotel room. We pay our premiums, why should we pay $200 due to their failure to accomodate their customers with an urgent matter, and their lack of sympathy for a disabled customer!
