I am writting this because I was also drafted 500 dollars on my account from Suntrust without warning. I cancelled this account over a year ago but of course they say they have no record of me cancelling or speaking to anyone, when i asked them to look at the inactivity on the account they told me they could not. When i agreed to this to to try and further my business i asked the salesman if there was any fees if I just decided to quit my business and he stood in my house and told me no I could just cancel with no penalty. I have asked them to send me a copy of my agreement and they said they will. I feel angry and helpless.in these hard economic times I almost feel like I have been robbed. I don't think it is right that a company can draft your account without warning. I have bank accounts with Suntrust and I will be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere because of there treatment of customers the people i spoke to were rude and not willing to help I am very disappointed in there services.
