I moved to this new place on the 11/22/08 and I been calling the energy company for three days in order to have the services on my name. They put me on holding for long time or they put the evoice-mail telling me press this botton and that botton or wait online and someone will be shorter with you, and nothing really happens. I think that the customer services is very bad, for this company. I have three young children and they are going to be out in cold because of the careless mistakes of the people who claim to work for the public and nothing has been done.
