Sent Gevalia a check for coffee and a free coffee maker from their offer. They cashed the check. Did not send me anything.inquiry brought now resposne. Phone call brought no response., DE 19905-6276 800-438-2542

Big rip off company

I ordered and paid by check some coffee and a free coffee maker from their mailed offer.

They did not ship me anything.

They did not respond to email inquiry.

The did not respond to phone inquiry.

They did not respond to my letter addressed to the president of Gevalia and to the president of thier owner Kraft foods.

When one sees this many complaints of the same non-compliance and non response it would be a good time to short all your stock in this company.in my experience in corporate consulting, this is the classic sign of a company steps away from either going out of business or bankrupt.
