I was told I was buying a 3 to 4 lb dog she is now 9 lb I pay 1,900 for her and she is not worth moer then 600.00 she wont return my phone calls oe emals so i dont wan't any othe

I bought a puppy from her and it was to be 3 to 4 lb she is 13 month old and is 9lb i payed 1,900 for her and she is only worlth 800 max. She will not return any of my phone calls or Emals I don't want any one else to think there are buying a teacup and a get a toy.
