We were married October 25. Michele Celentano was our photographer. We got our proofs relatively promptly via the Pictage.com webpage.By June we had approved the final album layout and Michele sent it off to the album binding company. She presented it to us in August. It had the wrong cover. We wanted black leather, but this was black suede. Michele said "no problem, you'll get the correct one in 2-3 weeks".
Well, now it's January and we still don't have the album. We have left numerous emails and voice messages, most of which she does not return. When she does return them, she tries to get us to come to her new portrait studio for family pictures and promises us a discount. She also keeps blaming the bookbinding company for the delay, but we found out who they were and called them in November. They said that Michele has never returned their calls and they don't know what to do with the album.
