Suzanne Walker from midwest bridal ordered mannequins form our company then charge backed after she complained of wrong color we replaced them and she still holds the money she wont let fedex pick up the items to return either. Fraudulent!

Yes we screwed up to start but we made it right by sending replacements now this?
Yes people make mistakes but we know its our responsibility and we foot the bill, we had a client that specifically told us they needed mannequins for a show our mistake and a few of the mannequins arrived damaged our boss drove 4 hours to drop off the replacements that same day, and its no big deal we look at it as its gotta get done its our responsibility.
She wont return dozens of calls so we had fedex pick up all the mannequins but she wont give them the goods?
