After owning the time share for 14 yrs. I have found that the contract I received means nothing. The company is not providing the same level of quality in the resort that we own that was present when we bought it. Other resorts that were the same category or value are now rated at a higher value and will cost a upgrade fee to use if I would like to go to them. Many times the policy has changed to the clubs benefit with no regard to the contract. Wish I had not purchased the time share, now I am stuck with it and it is a money pit.
