On visiting Puerto Vallarta we went to La Tranquilla with regard to time share. We decided not to take the offers of time share and as we were leaving we were met by two gentlemen who proceed to tell us that we would be able to use La Tranquila at a reasonable cost on trying to book was told no accommodation is available only for members. WE were mislead by Ultimate Residence Club sales men and now they keep sending a bill for $90.00. I have gone to Profeco in Mexico but they do nothing. When we received the package from Ultimate Residence Club there was nothing about the resort La Tranquila that we thought we were buying into. WE understood we could stay for 1 week at a reasonable cost. On checking this is not so. WE were misled by these two salesmen employed by Ultimate Residence Club.
