Due to my own error I overdrew my checking account, but BB&T charged me for multiple overdrafts. And they did it 4 times the next day! Never an email or phone call. You could probably guess it would take me some time to be notified because the account mailing address was to a PO box.
When I went to the bank to complain, the officer verified that, indeed, I had been charged. But never offered to compromise. So I cancelled all my accounts and moved to another bank, where I get great service.
