On 11/20/08 Thursday at 5:30 am I noticed my water was not getting hot ans my pilot light was out. I Immediately called National Grid and they came at 6pm that night. I was told they coud not fix it. I was given a number to call for American water heater to order parts. I was told by the National Grid Service man that American water heater would send the parts over night. I called American wter heater at 7pm Thursday night I was told my parts would arrive Saturday morning. I called Americanm water heater Saturday 11/22 at 9am to get a tracking number for my parts but they said they did not have one. I have no parts and National grid refuses to replace the water. I still have no hot water and its 2pm Saturday 11/22/08. I called 311 (a New York City help line) and they told me that they only take complaints for apartment holderds not for home owners.
