I had a water heater go bad called AHS for a service call was told the next day had to call back 3 times in order to talk to human. When the guy arrived he came in a van that had no company name on it. He went to replace it but informed me that the pipes that were hooked up to the water heater were not code, which really surprised me as my home went thru inspection when it was built and the original water was installed. When I spoke with the AHS rep he informed me that the pipes he was going to replace was not covered, oh really again they have you right where they want you, no sign no hot water. So I told them to do it a woman on her own HELLO lets stick it to her. It cost me $389.99 plus $55.00 for the service call. The guy went to get the water heater came back with the wrong one it was to big HELLO DON'T YOU MEASURE THE ONE YOU TOOK OUT. To top it off he tore up the Pan that the water heater was setting in and did not replace it. His excuse was I could not find one to fit it. I am cancelling my service with this company this is the 3rd time this has happend to me, with being overcharged. Still not right. Have no pan if this one starts to leak I am up a creek because the water will go directly on the floor.
