We had booked a party bus that held 40 people for the night of our senior homecoming. We were told that it would cost 1500 for the night which we thought was a good deal. We were WRONG. I first noticed that there was something odd when the owner did not answer our phone calls and every time a random phone called him, he would answer on the first ring. Then from the day we booked it to the day of, they did not call us, not once! Then the day of homecoming WE called them and the owner stated that our bus was broken and that he didn't know whether it would be fixed on time. Then he said, "It takes only 3 hours to fix the bus and that it probably will make it BUT if not you will have a nice charter bus come and pick you guys up and take you to the dance we will also give you 400 dollars off and grant you two extra free hours on the way home from the dance. HE then told us our party bus would DEFENITLY be fixed and be ready to pick us up from the dance and take us to our hotels. He also LIED and told us that there was another party bus that was going to be available just in case ours wasn't fixed on time. Our party bus ended up not getting fixed on time and an ugly shuttle bus ended up picking us up from our house 30 minutes late and then got completely lost on the way to the dance. When it came time to leave we called the owner but of coarse NO answer. We called the bus driver who told us that the party bus was not going to be fixed for another 2 DAYS and that the other available bus that was promised to us would not be ready for another 4 hours. The bus driver told us he would be at the dance to pick us up in 2 minutes. 30 minutes later we ended up getting picked up by the shuttle bus once again which smelled and was absolutely DISCUSTING!!! Since there was no recite or contract we lost our money and paid 1100. The agreement was not met, the service was horrible and the the owner was completly rude.
I have never in my life been so discusted and angry in my life, this is not how i wanted to end my senior year. PLEASE PLEASE learn from our mistake AND DONT bother asking the owner about what really happended beause he will just lie and decive you as he did us.
