On Sep 27 - Call Thermal-Tec - for repair on Electric water heater, John O'Niell came to the house at 2144 Armitage stated that the upper theristat and the lower elemnet was bad - I paid John for parts and Saturday's service call he stated that he would get the parts on Monday the 29 and install them.
On Sep 29 - at 330pm I called John to check on status - He stated that the store didn't have the upper thremostat and it would be in on tuesday - the store needed toget the part from its illinois store and have it in Saint Louis.
On SEP 30 - Call John at 1200 he stated that he had left a call for the store tech and the the truck arrives at 1pm and he was waiting on a callback, I call John at 5 pm he stated that the part didn't come it it would be in on Wednesday.
On OCT 01 - I call John at 3pm He stated that he hadn't heard from the store and he would get down there to get the part and he would be working late. I called John at 5pm - he stated he was not going to be able to make it. I informed him I wanted my money back - He hung up the phone.
On OCT 02 - Spoke with John to see if he would be able to install the part today he stated he had court and would be by in the evening to install it. Thursday at 5pm My wife spoke with John he stated he would bring the parts by - He hung up the phone.
On Oct 03 - I spoke with John asking where is my money - He stated "I'm not returning shit" You will get your dam parts. I informed him I want my money.
On Oct 04 - I didn't hear anything.
On Oct 05 - I didn't hear anything.
On Oct 06 - I didn't hear anything.
On oct 07 - I called John, he stated that he will bring (it) my money (I assumed since the water heater had been repaired and I had asked for a refund) by my house before 12 o'clock on Oct 08 - and that he had forgot about it (fixing my water heater).
On Oct 08 - John called a 2:30pm stated that the part was the wrng part in pick-up and that he normally don't plumbing. And that he would return my money friday.
