I was contacted on 10/20 by Henry Wilson with Cedarbrook Lending who advised me that I was approved for a $5000.00 loan and to secure the loan I need only send $700 and would have the funds guarenteed in 24 hours. After sending my money, without the deposit, I was contacted by Stanley Denton who advised me that the company had turned me down based on credit bit if I sent another $700.00 that I per the contract the company could not do a second refusal and that I would have my money again guarenteed in 24 hours.
Needless to say the next day I was advised by Mr. Denton that the company again refused... This being the first time he has seen this happen and that I could yet send more money for a guarenteed $10000 loan. I put on the breaks and demanded my money. Mr Denton advised me that I would have to wait until 11/24/08 to get my money due to the company billing cycle that I had wired the money to. I advised him that I would contact my lawyer and his comment to me was that if I had never been through a civil law suite then I should not make threats because it could go on for years and I would never see my money.
With this being said, I have not pressed the issue but will wait and see if my money is there on the 24th. If not... Let the law suit begin. I requested to speak to Mr Garison, CEO and was as well advised that he handled all of Mr. Garrisons business and I would have to go through him. This company is a rip off and scam. Stay away reagardless of how good it sounds. I am a lucky one that hasnt lost anything but my deposit but read the other stories. People are loosing their homes and everything because of this same company. Someone help us!!!
