Charged credit card without authorization

I have been charged $9.95 for a membership and $4.95 for web access. I was not informed that they would be giving out my credit card number.

I tried to get the $9.95 and $4.95 credited back to card and was told that they were unable to do so. You can understand my frustration!!! I was given a number that was to get to Kenneth Liu personally. Of course no suck luck.
