I read the report written by the person who got there card stolen while visiting Orlando. Well I have had the same exact experience with "PayChex Card Holder Service"... They have the worst customer service for sure. I also waited for weeks for my replacement card, in the mean time I could not access my funds to pay bills ect... I was so furious with them, and when you call them, you are speaking to India. They are a poor run company in my opinon, I am now in the process of just telling my employer I donot want my pay check to go to them. It is a nigtmare to change your address ect with them, it took me 4 times of faxing my utility bill to them to get them to put in my new address. Another person I work with has also had the same experience with them. Now I donot trust their accounting, which I am sure is messed up, and wonder how many $ they have screwed us all out of.
