Charge my cridet card number without my permision charge two times 99.90 and 149.95 from 11/7 and 11/10

This IPAY-FRIEN that I never heard of charge my credit card number that I never gave this place. They got the number from the internet somehow they charge it two times so far on the 11/07 and 11/10 please stop them now befour its too late i will try too stop it at the bank too if I can Thanx.
