Last Feb 13 I found an unauthorized charge in my card, transaction state that it was from IPAY FRIENDFINDER. I immediately called the bank and told them about the charge, they block my card and advised me to file a dispute. Before filing a dispute I tried calling FRIENDFINDER first to see if it can be resolved. After a long wait (No 800 number), I was able to get a hold of somebody from their billing department. The guy insisted that I sign up on their site, I keep telling him that somebody must have used my card information without my knowing it. And I did not sign up on any dating site. I have never heard of their site before and no one in my household could have done it. The guy told me that he can cancel my subscription for a $5 charge. I told him to forget it. I seldom use this card and for the last two years, I only use this in two online site. I am wondering how they get my information.
