I stumbled upon Bidz.com. I began the bidding process on a few items. At the end of the bidding I lost a minimum of four bids. Three of them they placed on my account anyway, calling them "second chance" items. I never authorized them to give me a second chance. I accepted the fact I had lost and moved on. Then they placed an item on my account which was won by another person - there was no "second chance" involved here. They just put it on my account. They have my paypal account and my credit card number. I've send them several vile emails and they refuse to respond. I demanded that they remove a single remaining item on my account and they have yet to do so. I am going to cancel my paypal account and my credit card to stop them. They are shysters, con artists and outright theives. They tried to keep my name on a multi-thousand dollar emerald necklace but I got on them so hard they removed my name - I wasn't even the highest bidder! They would have charged that to my account as well. They've already shipped out items which I am going to return as soon as I get them but have to pay a 15% restocking fee and the return postage. Do not deal with these people! They will clean you out!
