Offers lower interest rates to those who have high interest rates from their credit cards, auto loans, etc

I've started to get phone calls from these phone numbers: 480-497-2570,480-539-2619,480-545-1385,480-813-4531) since 11/03. Everytime I tried to pick up the phone, they hung up. I would return their call and each time it was sounding busy. Then, I've finally got a caller spoke to me from 480-545-1385. She claimed to offer a lower interest rate on any of my credit cards, auto loan, etc.

I asked which company was she calling from and said "Top Savings." While I was on the phone with the caller, I immediately pulled "Top Savings" online and found a no legitimate website. I was careful enough not to give any info, although she new my name and where I lived.

She advised that there is nothing to be afraid off regarding my credit, she was just trying to see if I could be approved for a much lower rate where I could save $500 for every $1,000. I told her that I have one credit card and an auto loan. She even asked how much my interest rates were.

I told her I have no exact info, but know for sure they were high. She continiously offered that I will be gauranteed, and that she will have to bring my info forward to another department to call me back and process the whole thing. I said sure, why not! Then this number called within 15 minutes 480-813-4531. When I picked up, it hung up on me.

Very shady, and I'm only giving this information of my experience to those who are feeling vulanerable to getting a "big help." If it sounds too good to be true, then it might be it. Try to do research online and take your time before getting involved into any situation like these. Once I pulled them online and found nothing about them on there, I knew that I was getting a call from shady company.

Also, search for them on here at rip-off and find out who else are having the same problem. If there's anyone who wants anything done, I believe that you can report them to BBB or try to even send this kinf of information to FBI. They have all sorts of listings on frauds and are happy to build consumers report to take them down. It may not happen overnight, but each reports are very helpful.

Thank you.
